Trees are a beautiful addition to a property’s surrounding area, as well as providing much needed shade in the summer months. That said, wet and warm weather can trigger rapid growth, leading to branches hanging over the roof  of your home. Leaves then drop, causing increased debris build up on both the roof and gutters. Due to the high access, maintenance can be a challenge. Urban Gutters are equipped and insured to carry out tree trimming up to a height of  5 meters. Tree trimming is a high risk work, therefore Urban Gutters have measures in place to carry out the work safely and efficiently. This includes having at least two workers on site at all times, all of whom utilize the use of helmets, harnesses and ropes for the purpose of fall prevention. Urban Gutters are limited to carrying out tree trimming work at standing height (when positioned on the roof.) Any other tree work beyond this will require the expertise of a qualified arborist.
