Gutter cleaning is one of the most frequently overlooked areas of home maintenance, largely because it's often a case of 'out of sight out of mind.'

Moreover, the difficulty in accessing roofs makes it a challenging DIY job. If left uncleaned it can cause blockages and corrosion which can lead to leaks.

The petrol powered vacuum is installed on our vehicle and runs through a hose up to 60metres long.

Due to the petrol engine, there will be mechanical noise while the vacuum is running.

From the ground - If required we can use the vacuum with our pole kit. This allows us to stand on the ground and vacuum the gutters with a telescope camera.

From the roof (most common option) - We will unreal the hose, walk the diameter of the roof, clip the vacuum hose to a section of the roof (this stops the hose from dragging around the garden) and begin vacuuming the gutters.

The debris goes straight into the barrels on the vehicle. Once the clean is complete, we will take the mulch away and dispose of it or where possible we will tip the debris into your green bin.

Once the job is complete we will clean your property like it were our own (If required, but it's unlikely there will be any mess).
We will then speak to you in person or over the phone to process the payment and discuss setting a reminder for your next clean.

** Gutter mulch is great fertiliser for the garden! **

No, sometimes (rarely) due to street access, property design or customer request we will use the traditional, manual gutter cleaning method which involves scooping debris from the gutters and blowing the remainder off the roof.

We thoroughly asses the roof area and look for any leaks and/or blocked drains. From a physical roof assessment, you can be sure of an accurate quote. We also take before and after photos for you.

If its drizzling - We may be able to go ahead with the clean using our carbon fibre pole kit, as it allows us to vacuum the gutters while standing on the ground with up to 12 meters reach.

This, however, depends on your property as some buildings would not allow the pole system to reach all of the gutters.

If its raining raining -
Generally, we need to reschedule.

If you have a blocked gutter causing damage please contact us and we may be able to unblock it from the ground.

Concrete and colorbond roofs naturally dry quickly so if the job is rained off, we can reschedule and return not long after the rain has stopped.
Slate and tile roofs take longer to dry and need to be completely dry before we can safely go on them.

You will receive a reminder sms before the service.
We will immediately sms you photos of the roof/gutters, then provide you with an exact price.
