A South Londoner, Alex now calls Australia home. Although he is some 16,000km away from his native land he hasn't lost his Englishness. Consequently, he has earned the nickname "Guvna" Boasting 20 years experience in the plumbing industry, including running his own gas installation and repair company in London, gutter and roof maintenance was a logical step.

Disenchanted with working for trade companies that constantly fall short regarding customer service, he decided, along with Kayla, to launch his own company that would make client satisfaction the number one priority.
